Learn how to taste alcohol in wine by developing your palate. I added vodka to red wine and compared it to a control wine which was a Syrah from Sicily. This experiment focuses on the wine characteristic of alcohol.
Materials for the experiment:
Dry red wine
1 tsp vodka (maybe more)
Add the vodka to a glass of red wine, and compare against the control wine.
