In today’s journey, we left Phil unsupervised and he over-complicated a Lazy Peach Wine recipe that he came up with at the grocery store. This being his first time making fruit wine, and the fact that he is making it up as he goes along there are bound to be some errors and ‘Learning’ happening along the way. Recipe:
2 pounds Corn Suger Boiled for 5 minutes in
4 cups of water
1 tsp Yeast Nutrient
1 tsp Acid blend
1 tsp Pectic Enzyme (Don’t boil as Phil did)
1 Cup Chopped Raisins
1 pound frozen peaches
Peach juice to bring to one gallon
