ഈന്തപ്പഴം കൊണ്ട് ഒരു ഉഗ്രൻ വൈൻ /Dates wine recipe/ Love my tribe

Ingredients :
Dates – 1 kg
Boiled and cooled water – 1.5 ltr
Sugar – 1 kg
Cinnamon stick -2 nos
Cardamom – 3 nos
Clove – 3 nos
Yeast – 1/4 tsp

Notes:
1) Always keep wine in a dark place, where there is no light.
2) For a darker colour wine, decrease the quantity of sugar and add caramelized sugar or date syrup.
