Quick video on how to make homemade cherry wine! Absolutely delicious!
Cherry Wine (10 liters):
-about 7 kilograms of cherries
-wine yeast (I used 15% alcohol tolerance yeast)
-yeast nutrient
-sugar/sugar syrup (about 2,5 kilograms for 15% dry wine… dissolved in water….), added in portions at different stages of fermentation…
