This is CREA’s pilot project:
“I am María Concepción de la Torre, I want to be a businesswoman. I produce artisanal wines, it is a family tradition. I make different types of wines with various grapes: light grapes, dark grapes, white grapes and I make sherry. The wines give me the satisfaction of knowing that I made them with my own hands, without any machines, with no preservatives, and with no ingredients that can harm the body; I try to make them beneficial for the body. My biggest goal is to grow my microenterprise so that I can employ at least 10 people. My daughter lives in San Antonio, Texas, so that when she comes back, she arrives and already finds a job out of what her mother has built for her. That is my dream!”
