Mulled wine is a great way to get feeling festive. So let’s feel all Christmassy with a glass of mulled wine, for you & your dear ones. In this episode of Foodlog learn to make mulled wine and have a Merry Christmas!
Ingredients
– One bottle of Red Wine
– Brown sugar
– Sliced Tangerine
– Cinnamon Sticks
– Powdered Nutmeg
– 3 cloves
– 2 bay leaves
Method
– In a sauce pan pour the red wine and keep it on a low or medium flame
– Add brown sugar, sliced tangerine, cinnamon sticks, powdered nutmeg, cloves and bay leaves and let it mix a bit
– Once it comes to boil, take the tangerine out and preserve them aside
– Strain the wine into a glass container
– Once the wine is cooled down, the wine is ready to be served, add the preserved tangerine in the glass.
