EASY WINE – BLACK RAISINS WINE – കറുത്ത ഉണക്കമുന്തിരി വീഞ്ഞ്

INGREDIENTS

BLACK RAISINS – 250 GMS
LEMON – 1 NO
SUGAR 200 GMS
WATER – 1.5 LTS
YEAST – 1/4 TSP
(CINAMON + CLOVES +CARDAMOM +DRY GINGER ) MASALA POWDER-1/2 TSP

METHOD

1. BOIL 1.5 LITERS OF WATER
2. ADD BLACK RAISINS IN IT. MIX IT WELL.
3. THEN ADD SUGAR AND STIR IT WELL.
4. THEN ADD THE LEMON AND STIR IT WELL.
5. WHEN IT BOIL SWITCH OFF THE STOVE.
6. THEN ADD 1/2 TSP OF MASALA POWDER.
7. COMBINE THE MASALA MIX WELL.
8. LET IT ALLOW TO COOL
9. WHEN IT COOLS ADD THE YEAST AND MIX WELL.
10. POUR IT IN A CERAMIC OR GLASS JAR AND COVER IT PROPERLY.
11. KEEP IT FOR 3 DAYS WITHOUT OPENING.
12. AFTER 3 DAYS WE CAN SEE SOME BUBBLE INSIDE THE JAR.
13. STRAIN THE GRAPE PULP USING STRAINER OR A CLEAN CLOTH.
14. STAIN IT 2 OR 3 TIMES YOU WILL GET A CLEAR WINE
15. POUR IT IN A CLEAN AND DRY GLASS JAR OR CERAMIC JAR
16. KEEP IT IN A DARK PLACE FOR 2 DAYS
17. YOU CAN USE AFTER 2 DAYS.
18. THE WINE IS READY NOW.
