Ingredients:
2kg Bananas
300ml Apple Juice
1.3kg Sugar
Tanin/Cup of Tea (Optional)
1/2 Lemon (added to apple Juice)
Wine Yeast
Equipment:
Fermentation Bucket
Sieve and/or Draining Cloth
Syphon Tube
1 Gallon Demi John and Airlock
5 Wine Bottles (plus corks!).
