I had an itch that had to scratch, making this years strawberry wine the best strawberry wine I have ever made.
last years strawberry wine set the bar pretty high if i’m being honest.
so my idea is quite simple, take last years recipe and double the fruit so this batch will be made using 4 kg of strawberries!
that’s getting in to craft wine territory and i also forgot to pick up a new stick blender while at the supermarket so i can say this is hand crafted or at least hand made 😛
lets see if double the fruit makes a wine twice as good ?
