2 medium sized onions
5-6 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes
4 dried bay leaves (or 2 fresh ones)
A few sprigs of thyme (optional)
Half a bottle of red wine
1 tablespoon of flour to thicken up the sauce (optional)
Salt to taste
