Quick Sour Cherry Wine Recipe || How to make wine at home (Ready in 21 days)

In this video, I’m describing how to make sour cherry wine in 21 days. I’m sharing my mom’s trademark recipe but trying it with sour cherries for the very first time.

Ingredients
3.7 kg Sour Cherries (4 quart),
750g Sugar
As needed Water, Boiled and cooled
a Handful of / 100gm Wheat Grains
250g Sugar, to make sugar syrup
2tsp of spices (cloves, cardamom and cinnamon) crushed

Method
• Mix all the contents into a jar and tightly close it and keep aside for a minimum of 21 days.
• Stir the contents for alternate first 3-5 days. While stirring the contents, take care to see that the contents are untouched by hands. Use dry wooden spoons only.
• After 21 days open and mix the contents and then strain the wine in a clear container.
• For sweetness, add caramelized sugar and mix it and then bottle the wine.

Note: You can use the same recipe to make wine from grapes, apple and banana.
