Corvina and Valpolicella | Wine Basics

Wine Types
Corvina and Valpolicella, what is the difference? Well, the wines you get from the Valpolicella region in Italy are primarily made from the Corvina grape.
These wines are underrated in the USA and have suffered from some poor quality history from back in the 1980s. It is time to give them another try as they are loaded with flavors of cherries, plums, cinnamon and some cocoa. They will be great with pizza and pasta as well as with stews and a burger. The wines are pretty easy on the wallet too!

Enjoy!!!
