In this video I recommend the best wines to pair with Thanksgiving turkey. There is no better way to kick of your Thanksgiving dinner than with a glass of sparkling wines.
There is no better way to kick of your Thanksgiving dinner than glass of bubbles, however this type of wine can be serve during entire meal to. My best recommendations of sparkling wines are: Iron Horse Classic Vintage from Russian River Valley, J Vineyard Cuvee 20 also from Russian River Valley or Champagne Drappier Carte d’Or. Creamy mash or sweet potato serve with aromatic turkey also need creamy and aromatic wine and one of the best varieties is oaky Chardonnay such as Orin Swift Mannequin from Napa Valley, La Crema Chardonnay from Sonoma Coast and my European recommendation is Marques de Murrieta Capellania. There is no better wine to pair with Thanksgiving turkey than Pinot Noir. I highly recommend Hirsch Vineyards San Andreas Fault Pinot Noir and Cakebread Cellars Two Creeks Pinot Noir from Anderson Valley. If you are looking for the European recommendation, you should try turkey with Beaujolais Nouveau especially from Jean Foillard from Morgon village.
