Ingredients for a 5 gallon recipe:
40 cups dandelion petals (no green parts)
5 cups of organic orange juice (no preservatives)
5 gallons of hot water (not boiling)
20 cups of sugar
2.5 cups of golden raisins (rinsed and soaked overnight)
10 inches of fresh ginger
5 organic lemons (chopped)
1 packet of wine yeast (not bread yeast)
5 campden tablets (crushed)
1.25 tsp tannin
2.5 tsp yeast energizer
15 tsp acid blend
