Delicious Clam Spring Rolls with Less Oil – Crispy Pan-fried Spring Roll Recipe

Ingredients:

10 Spring roll wrappers

Clam Soup Preparation:
Clams
150ml water
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder (or chicken broth)

Filling Preparation:
1/4 Cabbage
1 Carrot
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon cooking wine
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
Clam Soup
Cornstarch water

Sealing Paste for the Roll End: Mix wheat flour and water well

Let the filling cool down a bit after it’s prepared. Make the spring rolls once it solidifies
