Here is the basic recipe:

Mike’s Cajun seasoning:

2 Tbsp Smoke Paprika
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp black pepper
2 Tbsp granulated garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp dried thyme
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
