Today i made Pork Saltimbocca
This was delicious, not to hard to make, i still think about it, cant wait to make it again and thats saying a lot for me as italian food is not my favorite(and this saddens me) but this was soo good. The sage, the sharpness from the white wine butter working with the juicy pork. Amazing . Please try this!
