I am at the Ucheldre Centre in Holyhead all alone with the exception of the Ghosts that roam the corridoes of the old Convent – I am here to set up my exhibition which has been done thanks to Gwawr , Bethan and Charlotte who I wnat to thank for all you have done !
The taste test
The Smoked Bacon and West Country Cheddar sausage rolls were excellent everything about them was Superb the pastry was perfect and perfectly seasoned , the Pork , Bacon and Cheddar filling worked so well together and had a really nice peppery after taste – The Cepra Lebrel Rioja was a joy to drink it had a sweetness and sharpness to it and was a really smooth drink – I score both these products 10 out of 10
