How To Make (A Better) Wine Pie

Recipe:
-Bake Pilsbury pie shell per instructions
-Make mulled wine with a bottle of Port and a bottle of fruity red wine then add warm spices of your choice. I picked cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, mace, and allspice. You could probably throw an orange peel in there as well.
-Steep your wine on low heat for 45 mins then strain all the solid bits.
-Add Gelatin per instructions
-Add to cooked pie crust and let sit in the fridge overnight
