Ontario Wine Review: 2019 Hughes Vineyard Riesling from Fogolar Wines. Fogolar is a virtual winery under Collab Wine & Beverage. Their wines are often seen at farmers markets and street festivals around Toronto, and there happens to be a very limited quantity of this one at select LCBO locations. It’s worth seeking out with its sweet apple, floral, and peach jam flavours, offering a slightly off-dry profile with a juicy complexity. A fabulous Ontario Riesling! #decantingdigest
