Simple Pineapple Wine recipe
Makes about 2 gallons.
Pineapple Wine Recipe
2 Kilograms Pineapple Fresh or Frozen
2 Kilograms Sugar
2 1/2 Tsp Yeast Nutrient
3 Tsp Citric Acid
1 Tsp Pectic Enzyme
1 Tsp Tannic Acid
7 to 8 Liters Water
1 Package Lalvin Wine Yeast
