1 can whole tomatoes
1 cup tomato sauce (passata)
1/3 teaspoon black pepper
1 spicy chili pepper (or pepper flakes)
1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust)
1 heaping tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup white wine (your fav)
