Easy Grape Wine Recipe| 21 ദിവസത്തിൽ മുന്തിരി വൈൻ

1 kg Black Grapes
1 kg Sugar
2 litres Water ,
1 tablespoon Wheat  (optional)  
Cloves 5-6
Wine mixture (optional ) 1 tablespoon

Wash the grapes 3 – 4 times in running water.

Crush them with your hands very well , pour water (2 liter water for 1 kg grapes) .

Boil well and allow it to cool.

Strain the boiled grapes with a clean cloth.

Add sugar (1 kg for 1 kg Grapes) stir it until it dissolve completely.

Pour the solution to the desired container along with wine mixture and wheat ( need to put both in cloth packets).

Cover the mouth of the container preferably with a cloth.

Leave the container untouched for the 20 days.

Transfer to sterilized bottles, preferably coloured glass bottles.
It is said that coloured bottles retain the colour of the wine.
