About Me:

Hi there! This is Jerry from Travel Chef. Starting a YouTube channel on food was a spark that struck me like having a delicious lemon souffle (pun intended) while I was having my masala dosa, and watching my mom and my wife cook. It struck me as to how to remember my mom’s recipes who is now 80 plus — and, how do her children, daughter in law and grandchildren follow these recipes? After which all will be lost in time… Since me and my wife like travel and food, dad (above 85) suggested “Travel Chef”, and voila!, Travel Chef was launched. So, Travel Chefs’ main priority is to capture the forgotten and authentic recipes that take place in each and every household and bring it to the entire world. By subscribing to our channel, please join us in our quest to have a glimpse of our hidden recipes. Bon Appétit!
