Making Wine in Bali: Hatten Wines Grows Shiraz Grapes on the Island

It was once thought impossible to make decent wine in Bali , but Hatten Wines has been making it for the last 26 years. On 2 November 2018, the winery successfully harvested Shiraz (or Syrah) grapes on the island of the gods, the first time ever in Indonesia.
