BRAISED CHICKEN W/ CHESNUTS & TOFU PUFF

INGREDIENTS:
700g Chicken (any part)
80g Dried Black Fungi (softened)
4 Pcs Dried Mushroom (softened)
8 Pcs Tofu Puff
240g Chesnuts
50g Onion
3 Slice Ginger
Oil
1/2 Tbsp Shaoxing Wine

FOR CHICKEN MARINADES:
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tbsp Shaoxing Wine
1/2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Corn Starch

SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
380 ml Water
1/2 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Chicken Powder
1 1/2 Tbsp Oystet Sauce
1 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce
